Conceptualising strategic litigation

This article conceptualises the term “strategic litigation” in order to provide for a definition of it. Strategic litigation is tool increasingly used Europe by individuals and organisations attain different objectives. Next that, there increasing academic attention topic. Nevertheless, exact remains unclear. Therefore, this uses research method conceptualisation as well database additional literature definition. It looks firstly at background concept, involving range meanings associated with litigation”, after which systematised concept formed. Thereby, use made “necessary sufficient conditions” (NSC) approach, develop conditions necessary and/or case fit within category strategic litigation. Moreover, external conceptual relations are explored.
